According to information received, the case considered in court number 4 of the Supreme Court. But, in two applications connected with this case (most probably the transfer applications of Shri Sanjay Kumar & Narayan Khalita) formalities were not completed and as such the case adjourned for four weeks. This is in accordance with telephonic information received and as such the decision of the court may not  be reflected fully. Actual position will be posted in this website as soon as the report receives.

    The next date of hearing may please be confirm and update as most of the affected Central Govt. Employees eagerly awaited for the next hearing @ Sir Pillaiji

    Why this case is going so slow at tortoise pace. When we can expect justice from SC. More than a year passed case has not come for hearing. Pl expidiate.
