ReplyDeleteGreat Sir. Finger crossed.
Let's hope for the best. Good news is awaiting for us. Hats off to Sri Pillai and all others who took initiative to suit the case. If we win I would request you all to form a Ministerial staff federation including all ministerial staff of all departments. And would like to see Sri Pillai to be General Secretary or President
Wish for a good news all are waiting for the same from long time
ReplyDeleteApart from four SLP(C)s 21803, 22181,23333,23335 another SLP(C) 18227 filed by Rajni Kantha Deka and ORS also listed on the same court for on the same day for hearing. This case also related to MACP anomaly. In this case lower court CAT etc., gave favorable judgement to employees. SLP(C) 18227 also clubed with the four cases.
ReplyDeleteRajni Kantha Dekha & Ors also listed and tagged. But Rajani Kanta Dekha has not appointed any lawyer and as such no counter affidavit filed. We were not in a position to contact also as no contract address or mobile number is available with us. If we wait for filing the counter affidavit present case will delay further. If we wait for accommodating the case too, by then another SLP might be added. Thus this is an unending process. Thus my view is that lawyers presenting the above 4 persons case should apprise the position to the court so that the above 4 cases may be heard on 14th...
DeleteWell done and good way of tactical thinking. Practically also this is a very good move. Our well wishes for you and our steering committee for success. May God pour his blessing to all of our working community. Thank you.
Deleteplease inform ldc and udc case

ReplyDeletewhat is the use of listing with this 4 cases without appointing Adv. Please don't delay for the 4 cases.
Pillai Sir, please dont allow the case to drag for the sake of one case. It is too late by now. Thousands of affected employees are eagerly waiting for the land mark judgement which will resolve the BIG anamoly from our so called 6cpc. We all pray to God.
ReplyDeleteLet us hope for the best.
ReplyDeleteI think judgement of these four cases will be applicable to all similar MACP cases. Pray God for positive result. Let us hope for the best.
ReplyDeleteAs everybody stated we should not mingle the new cases. if we win the old SLP of Sh,Mohanan Nair itself, all the CG employees will be benefited so in my view no need to file any more SLPs which will make confusion and delay the matter. Lets pray God for a good landmark judgement before 7th CPC today.
ReplyDeletecase is listed in Court No.4 at Sl. No.4. pray to God
