This is a shoking news from govt that earlier the govt announce the implementation of above said HRA from 1/4/2014 , but the govt smartly chnge the date of effect to 1/4/2015 , this is ridiculous. Approch from the govt towards its employees...the central govt employee should filled an PIL against this ...
