(Abhimanyu kumar and Ors of Border Road Organisation vs UOI and others-CWP 14193/2014 of High Court Chandigarh)

According to information received, Court allowed one more chance to the respondents to submit their counter affidavit and the case is posted to 21st April, 2015.

    Sahab ji ldc ka grade pay to sirf 100 Rs. Hi jyada hai MTS se achchha hota dono ko merge kar dete ab bacha hi kya hai dono ke bich,

    LDC Gr.Pay Rs.100/- jyada leke bhari kam kar rahe hai aur MTS 1800/- GP leke kuch nahi kar rahe hai. Unka kam daily wages wale karte hai. LDC (GP Rs.1900/-), UDC (GP Rs.2400/-) aur Assistant (GP Rs.4200/4600/-) ka nature of work lag bhag same hai.

    As per rule how many chances are given to respondents to file counter affidavit. ?

    I am a ldc. I am working Defence Account Department. In my section 3 non gazetted post. Work mature and responsibility are same. But pay(entry) as below: Clerk ------- BP- 5830, GP-1900, TPTL-600. Auditor------- BP-8560, GP-2800, TPTL-1600. Sr. Auditor-----BP-9300, GP-4200, TPTL-1600. In addition to this pay DA 107%. Therefore the compare three pay difference are below:- Clerk- 19562/- Auditor- 30227/- Sr. Auditor- 35307/- The Difference Clerk and Auditor/Sr. Auditor- 10,000/- and above. But Auditor and Sr. Auditor is 5,000/- only. In three post work nature and responsibility are always same. So it is clear to all that totally injustice to LDC. Please protest against this injustice. Clerks are neglected not only pay also from officers behavior. There is only reason that our pay is very low, just GP-1900. This is very injustice to us. Please pillai sir do something as soon as possible. Because it is already delay too much. We are suffer lot of financial problems. We are demotivated and mentally we are blocked.

    Kuchh nehi hoga mere bhai. Sab hi association ka drama he. Please LDC UDC bhai log everyday protest karo. Strike Karo. PM KO or finance minister KO letter lekho. Association kuch vi nehi karega. Ku ki un logaka kuchh faida nehi hoga. Ku ki woh log LDC UDC nehi.

      Achha to ap logone apne association ko bolo, ldc/udc ke grade pay ka bat uper level tok pohuchaye. Ok. That case is only way to win or upgrade ldc grade when each & every association will be together & face the governor of india becouse Mr. T.K.R. Pillai said also this commitment. Ok

    Pillai sir.. protest karne jaaye bhi to kaise... Casual Leave sab log ek saath lene ke liye hamare Officers to permission bhi nahi denge... agar teen chaar ldc ek saath chutti le le.. to section ka kaam to band ho jayega...aur Officers to kabhi chutti denge hi nahi... kehte hai... Leave cannot be claimed as a matter of right... hum to bus pisste hi ja rahe hai...
    Sir... Modi saahab achhe din jin logo ke liye laane ka vaada kar rehe hai... it is sure.. LDC aur LDC Staff aur unki families un list me nahi hai...
    sir offices me peon ki izzat hum logo se zyada hoti hai... aur ye ground fact hai.... it is out fight for our future and we want justice.....

    According to duties assigned to LDCs they deserve Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-. For example I am an LDC and in-charge of a whole division which is actually to be handled by as person with 4200/- grade pay. Further even my Officer Commanding was once shocked looking at my pay slip. He said the same duties in other departments allocated to a person drawing 30-33 thousand pm salary.
