What gets revealed from the perusal of the office report is
that the Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed the copies of the pleadings which are said to have been filed after the prescribed time. The delay in filing the copies of the pleadings has been satisfactorily explained by the Ld. Counsel. Therefore, the same is condoned and accordingly notice shall be issued to the respondent

The Learned counsel for the sole respondent has stated that the copies of the pleadings has not been provided to him so far. The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for respondent within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within four weeks, thereafter.
