As per 5th CPC, The posts of DPA Grade-A(Rs.5500-9000) and DPA Grade-B(Rs.6500-10500) exists. As per Para 3.8.3(g), the posts in scale of Rs.5000-8000, Rs.5500-9000 and Rs.6500-10500 have been merged and at 3.8.11, Data Processing Assistant is given grade pay of Rs.4600. This scale was not given to DPA Grade-A. Our people have filed a OA 2732/2013 in CAT Principal Bench. Next hearing is 04.08.2014. Now, this model RR shows no mention of DPA Grade-A or B.
