Getting the benchmarg very good is made compulsory. This will lead to an unhealthy atmosphere inside the office. It will be better if it is followed for grant of increment only. Othewise MACP may be abolished for the sake of corruption free government office.

ReplyDeleteI am going retire from service on 31/3/2017. But annual increment will be give only in July.Even though I worked for nine months, but denying increment is not correct.Kindly do the needful to get increment to me before my retirement on 31/3/2017.
