ReplyDeletesab to chhin hi liya lower cadre se kam se kam jo justified TA mil rha tha wo to nhi chhinana chahiye tha...hamari unions ko isper jor shor se lagna chahiye ....sabhi employees km se km increased salary to lenge aur lower karamchari ki salary waise ki waise hi reh gayi balki 2200 ka nuksan hi ho gaya...black commission hai ye
