      Yes, it is true that the case is to be listed for 21/04/2017 as indicated in its status on the court's web site.Accordingly it is also expected to be included in final cause list for the aforesaid date.

    Pathetic state of affair in SC. It cannot decide this case slp 23333/ 2014 since 2014. Adjournment given on flimsy ground.

    Supreme court may appoint Amaicus Curie in the interest of central govt employees in SLP 23333 of 2014 and decide the case soon. There seems to be no other way out for speedy disposal of aforesaid case in Supreme Court.Justice is long awaited since 2006 after central pay commission award to central govt employees.

    When is this macp case coming up for final hearing in Supeme court. Anyone know, please update. 26.3.2018 order in SC shows that case is struck due to technacalities. It is pathetic to note that Modi government is still persuing this case in SC instead of withdrawing and extending hirarchry benefit to its employees. Incumbent Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad must take note of this slp case in SC and deliver speedy justice, which is pending since 2006.
