    Baba ji ka tullu. National JCM(Staff Side)is useless body and it is to be re-constituted. It seems that Govt. and National JCM(Staff Side) are cheating the govt employees. If you observe their(National JCM Staff side) actions since July 2016, their performance is dismal. Donot expect any thing from this useless JCM.
