ReplyDeleteDear Friends please take up the issue with Honble Prime Minister otherwise you wont get anything. The same is happening to MACP on promotion hierarchy case in SC. Judiciary system has already been buried in India. Its all the politicians who makes judgements in India. The judges are dancing according to the tunes of politicians.
ReplyDeleteAs per my personal experience with CAT case..... it will take more than 5 years.... if case verdict is in favour by CAT then Govt will file SLP in Supreme Court and then again SUNNY DEOL funda will carry on....

ReplyDeleteThey are mentioning a cheap reason that is due to unscientific benches, the case has been adjourned. If this was the actual reason then they can adjourned this case in few days, one weak or maximum two weak. But they adjourned by 4 months. What does it mean? Many of the LDC and UDC are discretely waiting for the out come of the decision. Wait of 8 to 10 years is not important for the judges because they are not LDC or UDC. It might happened that there was so hot weather thats why the judges did not came. So this is my request from all of the LDCs and UDCs to T.K.R. Pillai that please think that we are actually waiting for 8 to 10 years......

ReplyDeleteAnd one of the most important thing is that If we got promoted to UDC in 8 years then we will get 2400 grade pay if not then will get MACP by 2000 in 10 yrs. At-least we got MACP by 2400 if we are not promoting to UDC
Salman Khan ke pass sob milke chhalo.....woh jante hain ki kaise 12 ghante mein Judgement khud ke favour me liya jata hain. No "Tarikh pe Tarikh"..... 12 ghanta me justice milegaa.....ha ha ha ha.....yeh sob neta log kuchh nahin kar paayega.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very very serious matter that the judiciary system also doing partiality/ignoring to do justice for the poor and downtrodden. This case must be magnified to get maximum publicity throughout the country. This can be done only through PEN DOWN STRIKE by all clerks that may be LDC, UDC or Asstt through out the country whatsoever the department he belongs for a period of not less than one month. In this way the case will be politicalize and will achieve maximum momentum and big big political leaders will throw stones and dirt to each other parties and ultimately will come to a solution of this problem - BY P. ReplyDeleteThis is the most genuine and easily identifiable anomaly and probably the most awful blunder of the sixth pay commission. All the posts of group D were merged and brought under group C. Categories drawing lower pay were given higher grade pay for instance postman, police constable and sepoy of Army. On the other hand the qualifications of LDCs was raised with any benefits. If the government doesn't find injustice in this then it must atleast inform on what grounds the pay of other categories was raised.

DeleteA different GCS cadre is required to be created parallel to the CSS cadre so that all the LDC/UDC/Assistant scattered in sub-ordinate offices can be brought under one umbrella. It will not be out of place to mention here that LDC/UDC of CSS/Subordinate cadre come through same examination of SSC' but the employees posted at subordinate offices faces discrimination in all respect.The time has come the union must think in a costrctive way in this regard.As far as any sort of up gradation is concerned the present gesture of Govt.is sufficient to understand that no fruitful outcome is going to come.Its a a perfect example of violation of human right when different opportunities are served for similar nature of work.DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING MY FRNDS.

ReplyDeleteThe matter regarding upgradation of Grade Pay of LDC & UDC is geniune. The GP they are demanding is still not enough as compaired to the duties/responsibilities actually they are performing on ground. I am also a LDC and required to perform such duties/responsibilities which are not part of the duties of clerk. Accordingly the clerks should get higher GP than the GP actually they are demanding.
