Earlier it was reported that next of hearing will be 28.03.2016. Now it is reported as 01.02.2016. We are confused. Why the SC registry is posting different dates. Who is responsible for this? Any mischief ? Shri Pillai ji,it is requested that a clarification may be sought from advocates of respondents to clear the doubts of employees who are eagerly awaited for the decision.
It appears that Govt want to delay the matter till acceptance of 7 CPC & then dispose it off as irrelevant at least for serving employees. Alternatively applicable to only those who's name are there in the petitions

Friends a good news for all of you. If Supreme Court decides the case in Govt favour not in our favour, we must take it to media. But media will not be interested in this case. Hence I decided to commit suicide in front of Parliament and take the attention of media so that it will help my other poor brothers. Suicide is the only way to get justice. Jay bharat
