ReplyDeleteGiving time for two weeks is welcome step rather than for two months. I hail. Justice will prevail.
ReplyDeleteIt appears to be in final stage and DoPT should not waste our money to deny our right .If the arrear of MACP comes under taxable income then interest at govt rate is our right.

ReplyDeleteOn 27th justice will be prevailed. Any further confusion in delivering justice from apex court will definitely put a question Mark on credibility of all those judgements by HCs and CATs which would not be fair enough for future. Employees believe CAT as best temple of justice but the irony is that govt challenges judgements of its own institution created by law of parliament however if so many judgements are turned down by SC on 27th or later it would snatch away the faith of CG employees faith from CATs and encourage govt mechinary to delay every issue by putting an appeal in apex court. Let's hope the logical mind and discretion used by judges in support of our demand would be upheld by Hon ble SC. Jai hind.
