This is an perfect example of joke on the part of Hon'ble SC. First, it was listed for 27.01.2016. Then it changed to 28.03.2016. Again, it changed to 01.02.2016. Now, it is listed for 11.04.2014. This shows that manipulations are going at the highest level in this case. It seems that SC and Govt. work hand-in-glove. It appears that SC is following the directions of the Govt and SC is working as subordinate office of the Govt. Expecting justice from SC is doubtful. More over, DOPT had issued OM on the stay of the case. Unions, associations, confederations and NC JCM(Staff) should bring this to the notice of the Chief Justice of India and the PM of India.

DeleteRightly said friend.
DeleteLet's go to media friends otherwise it will not be decided. Till media people enterferes in this case it will not be highlighted
ReplyDeleteTruly Said. The tricks being played at the end of SC with the illegal manipulations from the Govt. Counsel side - should be made open and to be brought to the lime light and awareness is to be got created amongst the Admn. Staff through out India, to STOP this kind of ill-treatment. Let's have to fight before implementation of the VII Pay Commission - otherwise, we will be the prime losers for ever, with lesser grade pay.
ReplyDeleteLet Shri TKR Pillai, the General Secretary - may kindly initiate the process accordingly. Please do the needful.
ReplyDeleteLikely to be listed on 11/4/2016. That is the dragging trick. Please go through the supreme court calendar. Summer vocation starts from May 15th 2016 and ends on 26th June 2016. So, another adjournment from 11/4/2016 will push the case to July 2016 or still further. By this time Govt may briliantly(?)issue an order not hear any case any where relating to MACP promotional hierarchy, so that the higher administrative group will be satisfied.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the strategy of Govt. with the connivance of S.Court is not known? What they are going to get with the continuous adjournments?
ReplyDeleteThis is the Judicial system in our country.
ReplyDeleteAs per reliable sources, service is still incomplete in the SLP Union of India and others versus Dhirender Singh and others i.e. S.L.P.(Civil)No.23335 of 2014. This appears to be a tactic on the part of Ministry or authorities concerned just to delay the matter further because the case will not be heard on merits unless service is complete on all the respondents. Shri Pillai must take necessary steps, in the interest of thousands of affected employees all over the country, to get the service on unserved respondents effected as early as possible, so that the matter is not further delayed beyond 11.04.2016.
