NJCA MEETING DECISION
INDEFINTE STRIKE FROM 1ST WEEK OF MARCH 2016

Meeting of the National Joint Council of Action (Railways, Defence and Confederation) was held on 08.12.2015 at JCM National Council Staff Side office, New Delhi. Detailed deliberations on 7th CPC related issues (including Gramin Dak Sewaks and Casual, Contract and daily-rated workers) was held and a Common charter of demands was finalized. It is further decided that the NJCA shall go on indefinite strike from the 1st week of March 2016, if the Government fails to reach a negotiated settlement with the staff side before 1st week of February 2016.A letter intimating this decision will be given to the Government shortly along with the common charter of demands. Letter to Government and charter of demands will be published in the website within two days.

    please give detail information of the nsc meeting but not open charted deemand, if ldc udc grade pay higher deemand is not including in this deemand. please force to including the deemand of long awaited ldc udc grade pay higher. the cat already next date of heiring.

    ALSO MACP AS AS PROMOTION SCALE ALSO INCLUDING THE CHARTED DEEMAND BECAUSE GORVENMENT ALREDY LOSE THE CASE OF DIFFENCE FOR MACP AS PROMOTIONAL SCALE BUT DOPT NOT ISSUE ORDER TILL DATE. SO IT IS WRITE TIME TO FORSE THE DECEISION.

    Now it a very peak time to make our demand fruitful. This is the time to show our outmost power, strength and our importance in government functionaries. Without the work of LDC and UDC how a government order could implement in offices in reality can now be proved. Respected Pillai Sir, we are waiting for your order only.

    Please include LDC or UDC case with charter of demand due to long outstanding demand for all official staff, but no any positive result till date any concerned authority...

    TA in 7cpc should be more than current TA+DA and HRA should be retained to current 30%, 20%, 10% slabs as in 6cpc moreover interest free advances like medical/ltc advance should be retained without which lower paid employees cannot afford it.

    moreover ACP in 5CPC was introduced to gave benefit to the deprived employees who were in the same scale from/over 20 years due to non availability of promotion which was later reduced to to the macp on grade pay hierarchy thus affected persons are those who haven't any promotional avenues not those who had it. so kindly look into this.

    Moreover Children education allowance payment was made simple in 6cpc by the submission of original receipt which should be retained.

    moreover liberal hours atleast 1/2 hour in morning and 1/2 hours in evening was not find place in the current 7cpc report as demanded for PH/womens due to rush traffic hours in morning and evening
