MACP ON PROMOTAIONAL HIERARCHY
According to information received, counter affidavit on behalf Shri M V Mohanan Nair has already been filed. In the mean time intervention application filed by Adv G Prakash on behalf of Atomic Energy Employees Federation is admitted and connected with the case of Shri M V Mohanan Nair.  And the case posted on 11/08/2015

    What about the Cases of LDC/UDC Grade Pay upgradation? I think, the LDC/UDC will not get any justice from anywhere and the matter will be remain unsolved even in the 7th Pay Commission.

    Shri Pillai ji, great news. Hope for the best. More and more intervention applications be filed so that we can put an end to this issue or all MACP cases of High Courts and CAT Benches be transfered to the Supreme Court.

    LDC / UDC case India ki sabse bada comedy hain. Salman Khan murder kya aur usko interim bail mila 3 ghanta mein. Lakh lakh LDC/UDC justified cause ke liye larr rahain hain...Lekin koi Minister hum logo ke sath nahin hain. MP logo ki Salary hike hone k liye byass 1 Parliament Session is enough. Lenin sarkari karmchario ke liye 15 saal baad Cadre Review Sanctioned (Ministry of Defence Cadre Review Sanctioned few days back) hota hain....Yehh Comedy hi to hain bhai logo !!!

    MACP on promotional hierarchy -plz pursue the case on lines of SC judgement -stat cannot alter service conditions of its employees unilaterally, inter alia article 13(2) and 14 of the constitution and related case law.
