DOP&T should mention the consolidated points to be followed by the Govt Employees instead of attaching the SC judgment. Highlights of judgment are should be mentioned in their order. This shows callous attitude of the DOPT
The petitioner Mr.T.S.R.Subramanian is the Chairman of the Multi Task leverage committee constituted for handling the postal department modification????? work such as department of post going to be dismantled into 6 divisions. Out of six 5 are profit making and the remaining is loss making which is the division for public service. All govt. departments are constituted for public service from the Independence of India. But now days Govt. departments are changed into corporate sector. Horrible concept. Poor Indians guts will be swallowed and swiss bank account balance will be swelled.
