By the grace of 6th CPC a steno who was entered in the organisation in the pay scale of Rs.4000/-(Pre revised) is after MACP given grade pay of Rs.2800/- which is already similar to Rs.4000(pre revised). Means he is getting the same salary even after 10 years of his service whereas in his organisation some other people who joined 5 years later than him are getting the grade pay of Rs.4200. pl.remove this anomaly in the 7th CPC. A steno whose next promotion is to be done as PS in the scale of Rs.6500 (Pre revised) and thus his grade pay should be Rs.4200 is being given the grade pay of a UDC. Pl. try to remove this anomaly. or pl.tell us any wayout of this.
