Upgradation of Grade Pay of LDC/UDC: Date of next hearing is 01/04/2020.

FILING OF CASE IN THE CAT FOR THE UPGRADATION OF GRADE PAY OF LDC & UDC-REGARDING

Dear friends,

          As has already published in our web site earlier, a case for the upgradation of LDC & UDC has to be filed in the Principle CAT Delhi by 1st week of March. But due to our inconvenience to file a case at Principle CAT at this moment, the Association has decided to file the said case in the CAT Jabalpur. Consequently, the date of filing of the case is shifted to 4th week of March. In this respect, I had visited the lawyer at Jabalpur twice and finally I am visiting Jabalpur in the 4th week to file the case. Anyhow, it will be filed in the 4th week itself and immediately after receipt of a copy, the same will be published in our web site.   I request you to please continue the co-operation and encouragement that given to us so far so that the fight for the upgradation of the Grade pay of LDC & UDC w.e.f. 1.1.2006 may be continued.

    Thanks a lot Sri. Pilli Ji. God will give the success in this issue for betterment of LDC/UDC's of subordinate office of Govt. of India. Now I am herewith requesting all the LDC/UDC/confederation/other ministerial staff Unions/other technical unions' of our nation that kindly co-operate with Pillai JI and give the valuable information, comments, order copies of any in this regard from your department. Because the LDC/UDC's are only taking care for maintenance of your Service records, pay bills, arrears bills, TA bills etc., I once again thanks to Sri. Pillai JI. kindly open an account in any nationalised bank and give the No. of the same for contribute in this regard by all LDC/UDC's of subordinate offices of Govt. of India, union territories etc.,

    This is to place on record the yeoman task for up-gradation of pay scale of LDC & UDC different cadres in the Governmental Organization. The affords put in by the AIAoAS is highly laudable and praiseworthy.

    Thank you sir, you are the hope of all LDC/UDC, we are always with you. Demand of up-gradation in Grade pay of LDC and UDC is fully justified. Most of of the LDC are doing work more than SSC norms. In the case of my office, only 1 or 2 month after joining the duty as LDC they are given higher independent responsibility and they do higher work with 1900/- GP continuously even up to more than 20 years without no promotion (after 10 year they get only 2000/- GP in MACP). I am even other LDC's also in my office are very frustrated. Now, your efforts are looking like a light in our dark future.

    Thank u sir for your great effort .Pl dont delay, sir, File the case this month itself, we all r with u. we are watching your blog daily on this issue, because we are frustrated getting Rs.100/- difference in GP after 10 years as LDC/UDCs, having more responsibilities in our work.

    Thanks for approaching court for up-gradation of ldc & udc grade pay. The grade pay of LDC Rs 2400/- and UDC Rs 4200/- should be demanded keeping into account that higher responsibility in the office work from receipt of letters upto their dispatch including RTI matters such as tracing policy linking and putup draft letters upto their clearance, maintaining registers making paybills in computer, preparation of IT statements more and shouldering responsibility of of civilians clerks with regard to posting /transfer like combatant in defence

First respondant is PM; Finance minister; and DOPT secretary who are moving our demand from one to other office. Also hardly request to hon'ble court for speedy disposal on before implementation of 7cpc. We have ready contribution if required.

    Sir, all the LDC/UDC cadre feel like a fish without water, like a child without mother milk but no one understand our sentiment. All the concerned govt. machinery are playing with our emotion. In present scenario, UPA Govt. going to homicide mode. But we will hope God help them!
