ALLOWING INDIVIDUAL
OPTION TO CHOOSE EITHER ACPS OR MACPS BY THE EMPLOYEES-REGARDING
A copy of the D.O. letter written by the Secretary, Ministry
of Urban Development to the Secretary, DOPT for allowing individual option to
choose either earlier ACPS or MACPS by the employees is given hereunder. Shri Moloy Panja of Kolkota has forwarded
this letter to this Association.
Right step in right direction. DoPT should immediately consider the demand of individual option, which is in favor of employees as well as government.
ReplyDeleteIndividual option to be given to individual employee from 01-01-2006 not from the date of issue of MACP. The service condition should be 10-20 years not 12-24 years then only this will benefitted to the individual employee.
