Sub: Seeking information under rule 6 of the right to information act, 2005.

Sir,

I request you provide under Rule 6 of Right to Information act, 2005 information/ documents as follow:

1. How many posts of LDC/UDC/Assistant/Office Superintendent/Junior Translators are vacant in FOD-Region wise/Office wise information may be provided.

2. Copies of the DOPT/MoS&PI/FOD Hqrs letter, OM or order which relates to banning or suspension of direct recruitment of Lower Division Clerks in FOD Offices.

3. Copies of the documents of DOPT/ MoS&PI which authorizes FOD Hqrs to opt for outsourcing the services of Group C/B Administrative Staff/Hindi Translator in FOD Offices.

Necessary fee of Rs. 10/ has been remitted to the RO Bhopal, a copy of the money receipt is enclosed.
