MACP ON PROMOTIONAL HIERARCHY 
According to information Government is taking a tough stand on the issue.
We have received a report from Delhi wherein it has stated that "ASG  is continuing her arguments. She wanted 15 days time to conclude the arguments. Court did not allow that much time and appointed an Amicus curiae -One Shri Gupta, Senior Advocate, to Assist the Court.
Hearing will continue on day to day basis continuously". 
If the reporting is correct, the case will not finalize today.

    While all other sessions closed court No.5 is continuing the session. The hearing is still going on. Can it lead to a final verdict today.

    It seems that the extended session hours and prolonged hearing may envisages a final settlement today. May reference with Delhi comrades can give clarity to current status of hearing. pl. reply.
