Yes I agree with comments of M because Supreme court knows that the case would not be heard on 21-04-2017 hence next date for hearing already extended.
ReplyDeleteCan anybody find out who is responsible for the positioning the case since many years.
ReplyDeleteits all about how much money you can spend. Salman khan case was appealed, registered and fought on the same day in SC, the same day HC found him guilt. Same day he was bailed and many question were raised by SC judge.
DeleteHere from past 3 years everyone is fighting for just one hearing and persons who has money can fight the case out of the line..
