Sub: Draft Minutes of the JCM Standing Committee meeting  held on 25.10.2016.

The following modifications are requested to be made in the draft minutes of the JCM Standing Committee meeting held on 25.10.2016.

(1)    NEW AGENDA ITEMS SUBMITTED BY THE STAFF SIDE.

IMEM NO. (xiii) ---- Even though the subject  and discussion of the agenda item included the demand for " grant of MACP on promotional hierarchy " also  ,  the minutes of the meeting is framed in such a manner that only "very good" bench mark condition is reflected.. The following line may be added in the minutes of that agenda item .
"The Staff side further reiterated the demand for grant of MACP on promotional hierarchy instead of pay-matrix hierarchy".

(2)  The following new item which was already discussed in the JCM Standing Committee meeting is missing in the minutes of the meeting .

ITEM ----- ABOLISH AND UPGRADE ALL POSTS OF LOWER DIVISION CLERKS (LDCs) TO UPPER DIVISION CLERKS (UDCs)

In this regard please refer to the agenda items submitted  by the undersigned vide letter No. JCM (NC) / S. C dated 18.10.2016 in which brief of the item is also furnished .

This item may also be included in the minutes .
