Sir, all the best. Go in full strength. Once rethink about the strike. Next year elections & government will have excuse by saying election code. If possible issue strike notice after November 7 & let's settle our issues before December 2016
ReplyDeleteSince NJCA has not taken a positive stand for strike, giving a strike call without ground level preparation is not possible. Thus after 7th Dharna, massive campaign programme will be conducted for motivating Central Government Employees for 15th December parliament march. The massive parliament march will compel the government and railway union leaders to rethink. so that a consensus on the date of strike may be arrived. All success will depend on the number of central government employees participate the march. Thus each and every central Government employees has the responsibility to mobilize for the purpose.
DeleteRight decision Sir, Strike is only the solution to let our voice heard by the decision makers. So I am fully prepared for the strike and appeal all my fellow clerical staff to go on strike as we are the most deprived category of government employees from last successive pay commissions.
DeleteSir, what about elections next year. Govt. Can easily escape/postpone our demands. But take best step which will be beneficial to all employees. Long pending issues MACP & LDC UDC not resolved by the government. Once again issue strike notice then government will come to us.
ReplyDeleteSTRIKE OR ................. IS ONLY THE SOLUTION TO GET JUSTICE. VOICE OF LDC/UDC AND OTHER LOW GRADE EMPLOYEES WILL NEVER BE HEARD BY THE DECISION MAKERS UNLESS THEY REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF LDC/UDC IN THE OFFICES. HENCE, LET GO ON INDEFINITE PEN DOWN STRIKE UNTIL FULFILLMENT OF DEMANDS.
ReplyDeleteSir,
ReplyDeleteAs said the Govt. will not appoint High level Committee for enhancing minimum wage & fitment formula. Request you to prepone the massive campaign program to parliament march which is scheduled on December 15, 2016. Sir, please make all such efforts so that all the CG employees will be with you till our demands fulfillment.
For instance please see the news item on Sen News (Link)
