How many judgments should government required to give MACP on promotional hierarchy ? What is a value of this order. Nothing because no value of this judgment. After 10 years of 6th pay commission this matter not decided yet. Sub bakwash hai.

ReplyDeleteI fully agree with the 1st comment. Its high time to get the order at the earliest from Supreme Court and from DoPT. Otherwise if 7th CPC is implemented this will be forgotten by the Central Govt. and we all will have to lost 10 years.
ReplyDeleteGrant of financial up-gradation under MACP Scheme in the promotional hierarchy (instead of Grade Pay hierarchy) - as per judgment of various Courts.
ReplyDeleteFederation explained that the Grade Pay Rs. 2000 is not existing in the Railways and invited attention of Railway Board to the minutes of the Joint Committee meeting held at the level of DoP&T for review. It was agreed to take action accordingly.
