By this it is clear that the advocate has attended the case. But in your message you said the advocate for intervenor has not attended the case. Please clarify whether he attended the hearing or not.
The said posting was made in accordance with a message received from Shri Harilal, coordinating the case of Shri M V Mohananan Nair after speaking with adv C K Sasi, counsel of Shri M V Mohanan Nair. Now it has come to know that the information given by Shri Hari Lal was not correct.

Thank you T.K.R.Pillaiji for your immediate response and clarification. Now it is clear that the case is being attended by learned counsel and proceeds in a right direction. Now, we have to be very particular that any positive Judgment/decision should not be taken as personum by govt side as it have been their practice in precedents. We hope our steering committee may please take care of that. We pray to God and trust in God for favorable judgement by apex court and good decision by govt. which will benefit the entire G.C. staff working all over India. Thanking you.
