    Govt. had given 4600 GP to employee in 4200 GP
    also given to 4200 GP to employee in 2400 (on completion of five years for 30 % only)
    but LDC ko kya diya......
    Modi Ji ko sochna chahiye................... as our PM as well as human being

    Sab association kuchh nahin kar rahi hai bas agli tarikh ka intajar karti hain. Court / patron ke madhyam se yadi sab kuchh mil jata to kisi desh mein kranti nahin hoti.

    I am not so keen about the law but at present Government of India should face the problem and do the need full. It is presently a ridiculous position for us who are working as a LDC or UDC at Central Government Offices.

    Protest me 1 month Salary reject koro sob.....dekhte hain kitna himmat hain govt kaa....solve naa karein is problem ko

    Dear friends don't loose hope Reply file hone ke baad ek do dates miltee he hai matter jis din bhi hearing me lagega us din judgment ho jayega. Reply file ho chuka hai aur 14.08.2015 doosari date hai. Umeed par duniya kayam hai. Sab accha hoga.

      Dear friend i am not a minister but i attended many cases in different courts/CATs. I suggested only proceedings of the court case. The said matter is ready for hearing and likely to be decided. We all waiting for next date.

    I do agree agree with Atanu Koner, "slow and steady always wins the race".
    I would like to bring a fact to notice to Pillai Sir that may help us in this case.
    A friend of mine is working as Lower Divisional Clerks in District Courts of Delhi & getting pay scale 5200-20200 + 2800 GP & Lower Divisional Clerks in Supreme Court of India gets Pay Scale 9300-34800 + 4200 GP. Even a peon/orderly of District courts in Delhi gets Garde pay of Rs. 2000/-GP & a Book Binder gets Rs. 2400/- GP. Advertisement is available on the website of delhicourts.thc.nic.in
