ReplyDeleteIt is clear that the intention behind delay in DA declaration is to make suffer to cg employees. Moreover, they are playing with the emotions of poor cg employees. One thing to this govt, your actions are worst than the previous govt. You are making rich to richer and poor to poorer.
ReplyDeleteClearly, ldc and udcs pay issue also highlighting the intentions of govt. You had destroyed the lives of ldc-udc by not clearing the pay anomaly. The ldc-udc must get Rs.2800 and Rs.4200 from 1.1.06. But no one ever considered it and hence the govt tyrant nature revealed
The govt must clear ldc-udc case and DA case at the earliest.

ReplyDeleteBahut Achha, JCM National Council Staff Side ka yah kadam pahle hi lena chahiye tha, Sarkar ke nind torne ke liye yah programme kaphi phaydemand sabit hogi. 10 point ka detail bhi publish karna chahiye, kya is 10 points me LDC/UDC ke Grade pay saamil hai ki nahi please ishe upload jarur karen.

I am a JE in MES and I have observed the pay scales of LDCs in my department. Even a layman would easily identify it as an anomaly. The workload they shoulder in the department is far more. Govt. must do something for them. In MES industrial employees (some of whom don't know even to sign) are drawing more pay then this cadre which seems pathetic.

ReplyDeleteAccording to duties assigned to LDCs they deserve Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-. For example I the incharge of a whole division which is actually to be handled by as person with 4200/- grade pay. Further even my Officer Commanding was once shocked looking at my pay slip. He said the same duties in other departments allocated to a person drawing 30-33 thousand pm salary
ReplyDeleteIll fate strikes on ldc-udcs. They desereve much more as per thier work profile. I am not in ur cadre but i feel sorry for u ppls. I wish u al the best if govt realize thier mistakes and upgrade ldc-udc grade pay to deserving grades.

Lets hope gor thr best. I support for ldc-udc pay upgradation. They must must be upgraded.
