A comparative chart of the market rates as quoted by the 6th CPC and the present rates of consumable goods in respect of Banglore, published by the Karnataka CoC is given below. The position in other towns of India may not be different. Thus the demand for 7th Pay Commission from 1.1.2011 merger of 50% DA, review of the present Consumer price Index calculation system etc as demanded by the Confederation are justified.
In the similar way pay commission for IV & VI are also required to be checked and put up to the authorities concerned for consideration of ldc - udc grade pay.

Dear Pillai sir, LDC and UDC poor paid employee. please look this mater. very important mater. But every meeting Denny upgrade pay LDC and UDC . please stop any agender & any item . This is the first Item discus of LDC and UDC agender. very long time pending this mater.
