    this is our system,
    we hope somthing positive,
    we must plan for both side,
    dr A.P.J abdul kalam said that " when plan does not work than change the plan, but donot changed the goal or target",
    if we lost the case than file for review peteion , or the case tobe submitted to Presidnat of india prayaer,

  7. Judiciary is working in back door with Government to make the claim of justice of citizens fail. On the other hand, Government is working hard to settle corrupt judges. Judgement purchase ho raha hai. No court or judge sahib is guilty. It is the outcome of present reality. We have to suffer.

  13. मुझे नहीं लगता कभी फैसला भी होगा । हिंदी फिल्मो का डायलोग ऐसे ही नही बना, "तारीख पर तारीख" बंदा मर जायेगा लेकिन फिर भी फैसला नहीं आयेगा इसलिए चैन की बंसी बजाइए किस्मत पर छोड दिजिए ।

  15. Justice must be done. Non-payment of minimum pay at par with direct recruitee and again MACP on next level of pay-matrix instead of hierarchy is total injustice. Must be looked-in by the Finance Minister / Think Tank of the Government.

  16. sir, The Hon'ble DOPT - MOS stated in Loksabha that the employee who got verdict in Hon'ble CAT & High Court The MACP must be implemented. so there is no way to go for Hon'ble Supreme Court.
