University Graduated LDCs get Grade Pay Rs 1900/- (Just Rs 100/- more than Mazdoors)

ReplyDeleteIf the CAT, Jabalpur is to agree for upgrade ldc grade pay, in that case all the ldc are get 2400. Is it true or not.

ReplyDeleteWhile suggesting strike, its very less effect to get the justice, strike is effective only when all the clerical employees unite together and conduct a strike which will give a fruitfull result against this injustice, nowadays its possible only to make a awareness through internet and social media.

ReplyDeleteWe should put this in the knowledge of Hon'ble PM because the decision in this matter will take so long and I think it is not going to come true before implementation of 7th Pay Commission. But we should fight till we succeed.
N o t h i n g .....will be done for this two categories.......Nothing......and nothing and nothing......At the time of 7th Pay Commission, just write it down in diary, that a very primitive and distressful pay scale / fitment will be thrown before the LDCs and UDCs as we throw half eaten stiffy bones of mutton before the dogs and cats in households......They will definitely get a Pay Scale / Fitment even nastier than the Safaiwalas and Mazdoors.... !!!!

ReplyDeletesir, we should write to P.M ye to sabhi ko pata hai ki 6th pay commission me LDC and UDC k grade pay me bhari bhul bui hai. Is trahe se to group C & group D me koi farkh nahi rah jaega.

ReplyDeleteAnother date after such a long wait, I am afraid that nothing positive will happen because no one really care for us, I am also having a very ill feeling about 7th pay commission.
ReplyDeleteLet all the clerical staff of every department unite and start a PEN DOWN STRIKE for a month or more. We should promise not to touch pen and paper for one month or more till our demand fulfil.

ReplyDeleteMTS ko Group C se nikal dena Chahiye. 6th pay commission se ab tak un loogon ne order ke hisab se kuch bhi kam nahi kiya hai.

ReplyDeleteहम सब आपको अपना नेता मान चुके है पर आप सिर्फ तारीख लेकर वापस आ रहे हो सर जब प्यार से र्काइ नहीं माने तो गुस्सा दिखाना जरुरी होता है
हड़ताल ही आखिरी रास्ता है यदि आप ने नहीं की तो हम सब मिलकर एक अलग क्रांति लायेंगे
आजकल चाय वाला भी 25 से 30 हजार कमा लेता है और हम लोग पड़ लिखकर 15 से 20 हजार में दिन भर मेहनत कर क कमाते है अब सिर्फ क्रांति ही आखिरी रास्ता है........
बोलो भाइयो और बहनों सही है या गलत।

ReplyDeleteAb tak jitne bhi pay scale revise ho chuka he vo sab Strike k baad hi hua he, na ki government apne aap kisi ka pay scale change karne k liye tayyar rahi. Case kar k decision k piche bhag k saal saal intejaar karvana padega. Is liye Court k chakkar laga k SAMAY barbad karne se acha STRIKE rak k union apna IJJAT rakna better rahega.

MTS job is very much better than LDC.according to pay structure. even a postal assistant with +2 qualification getting 2400 GP by writing just 100 marks examination. its very injustice to all LDCs. dukan me kaam karne wala iss se acha kamata hai.
