Upgradation of Grade Pay of LDC/UDC: Date of next hearing is 01/04/2020.

CASE FILED

Dear friends,

      A case for the upgradation of the grade pay of LDC to Rs. 2400 has been filed before the CAT Jabalpur by this Association. Since UDC is a promotion post of LDC, the grade pay of the UDC would automatically go up. However, this Association is thinking to file a separate case for granting of Rs. 4200/ Grade pay to UDCs. The case of Steno Grade III (Rs. 2400 GP) is similar to UDC and as such a mention of their name has also been made in the table submitted.

      Copy of the case filed will be published in this web site in an appropriate time.

    steno grade III and steno grade II merged in march 2010 and redesignate as steno grade II with grade pay 2400. no any financial upgradation. plz help

I hardly requested to CAT to take this issue on board on top Priority basis so order may be issued on before 01.01.2016. Central govt.pay structure we are suffering from this type of lesser grade pay an ldc from jharkhand state govt.

    Sir, first I thank to u to understand the genuine demand of ldc/udc. I asked everyone what is the differences between ldc/udc/assistant? As nature of work I think nothing, then why the differences salary between assistanat & ldc.Mine opinion for demamds only & only indefinite strike not for CAT COURT CASE.

    Ldc, udc and assistants are the practical administrative machinery in govt. How can govt be so rude to them and neglect thier pay structure for this long. Sir, hats off to you to your unstoppable dedication for upgradation in the pay grade of ldc and udc. This is the most genuine case in the pay commission and the anomaly has to be rectified and implemented on or before 1.1.16.

    Sir, our humble comments may please be forwarded to govt so they can feel the pain of ldc /udc and they will do justice. I have faith on the govt and they will never let thier employees down.

    Finally..grand respect for you. I learnt many things from you. The way you taken up the issue was marvellous. Hatsoff.

    Sir,

    First of all a big salute to your dedication to remove the anomaly in the 6th cpc for ldc/ udcs.

    Sir, ldc are required to be upgraded to Rs.2400/- as grade pay and udc are required to be upgraded to Rs.4200/- grade pay and Assistants may be awarded to Rs.4600/- as grade pay accordingly.
    This orders are required to be implemented before 01/01/2016 prior to 7th cpc.

    This is the most genuine case for which govt has to consider and implement. Its already a huze loss suffered by all ldc/udc from 6th pay commission onwards to till date. Such huze lapse may not be extended. It is our humble request to govt.

    Sir as u know that office duties are equally performed by LDCs and UDCs still LDC are getting very low pay.... Sir is this mattter be resolved prior to 7CPC?? After that No hope for us sir......
