Lawyer has informed me that due to non availability of sufficient judges to constitute the bench, the case has been adjourned to 22nd March 2016.

ReplyDeleteAll LDC & UDC ,s should form a seperate association on national level (who are working in subordinate offices of govt. of india all department) like doctors, pharmacist councel. Nursing counsel.

Subject: Recommendations of 7th Pay Commission – meeting with CSS/CSSS/CSCS associations
The undersigned is directed to say that Smt. Archana Varma, Joint Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training will chair a meeting on 7th December 2015 in Room No. 190, North Block from 3 to 5 PM. The meeting has been scheduled to elicit the views of the various service associations representing CSS, CSSS and CSCS officers on the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission relating to these personnel.
2. The service associations representing CSS, C888 and CSCS officers may depute their representatives to the meeting.

ReplyDeleteReally very sad that even the Honourable Court is avaoding for hearing our genuine case. So why not all the LDC and UDC what so ever the juristiction should resigned from their respective post all over the country in a same day and at a time?

Namaskar Dear Sri Pillai Ji. All the LDC/UDC's are well known that you are the only person is taking interest/risk in the case of LDC/UDC's which was identified and raised by you through the concerned authorities like prime Minister. But today I have seen that any of other unions/confederations, leaders or concerned department higher level officers are not taking any interest. I hope that you have to form a platform in the name of ALL INDIA LDC/UDC ASSOCIATION and you are the President/Secretary Etc. because we are not having faith with any other leader because You also knows that nobody is taking any interest in this regard or nobody is interested to hear our voices. If you are agreed for the above all the LDC/UDC's are joining this union and we fight for the justice along with your support, guidance and legal instructions. I hope that you will do the same before implementation of vii cpc and the above said new association will start the first protest/ hadtaal/ demonstrations as a pen down strike for one day with giving the notice to the concerned authorities through their departmental level. If we are not done the same, we will not get any justice, equal pay for equal work etc.
ReplyDeleteThis is also informed you to sir that you also know that the em9ployees like Pharmacist/Staff Nurse/Engineers etc., are having the separate unions and they are fighting separately for getting their salary, allowance etc., and they got what they wand apart from the salary they got so many allowances like pt. care/ nursing etc.,. Their nature of job is taking care of patients properly. Even though for the same they are getting the allowance. But the clerks are not getting the proper salary for their highly skill duties.
One more suggestions from my side that " all the LDC/UDC's are doing the job which are ot in ther recruitment rules. hence, the same maybe brought to the notice of the president, Prime Minister, Finance Minister etc through our APAR's of previous 5 ( Five ) years. If you are agreed to the above, kindly publish the same and as per your instructions " ALL THE LDC/UDC'S of our nation from all the departments will send the photo/Xerox copies of their APAR's directly to the above dignitaries for kind perusal under intimation to you for record.
I hope that you will consider the above proposal in the interest of all LDC/UDC's for getting the better pay for their devotional work. Thanking you sisr.

ReplyDeleteIn my office the RR of LDCs and now designated DEO (earlier Junior Computer) are near about same at the time of 4th PC and the promotional scope was Junior Computer to UDC. Now they are from Rs. 2400/- and LDCs are still now Rs. 1900/- but the responsibilites of LDCs are quite higher than now DEOs. This is the the situation. How and who will judge. Would we get proper judgement if I approach to CAT. Please inform.
ReplyDeleteHon'ble Pillai Ji I do not belong to your association. I am MES employee. I visit this website only to trace the progress of LDC Grade Pay issue. Hope you know that you are our only hope. Our association is not worried about LDCs because most of the office bearers either UDCs or OS.
