FINALISATION OF TERMS OF REFERENCE
GOVERNMENT INVITED JCM STAFF SIDE FOR DISCUSSION ON 24.10.2013
Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training will hold discussion with JCM National Council, Staff Side today (24.10.2013) at 3 PM. Meeting of the Staff side will be held at 11 AM to formulate the staff side approach. Confederation available National Secretariat members met on 23.10.2013 in the presence of Com. S. K. Vyas and finalized the draft terms of reference of Confederation. Details will be published after the meeting with Secretary, DOP&T.
Sir, Please give special emphasis on the most deprived class of the previous pay commissions, i.e. UDCs and LDCs. So that this time we may get proper justice before this pay commission. God bless you. - Santanu Banerjee, UDC, IBM, Kolkata
ReplyDeleteDOP&T should be settled the upgradation issue of LDCs and UDCs first. Discussions related to VII pay commission should be done after settlement of the same. Decision from the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India should be in favour of us to give proper justice. All UDCs and LDCs are waiting for proper justice since long. - Chandan, LDC, Kolkata
ReplyDeleteI am urging to Mr. Vyas through this blog please settled the problem created by UPA Govt. in respect of LDC/UDC in subordinate department harassing from 01-01-2006 Without up-gradation of Grade Pay to LDC/UDC from 01-01-2006 would not justified to set up new Pay Commission. I am also urging to all my LDC/UDC brother, sister & family member wait & watch, what the then Govt. would give past 9 years then cast your vote
ReplyDeleteGood for central govt. Employees but not ldc and udc because the matter of grade pay of ldc & udc not upgradation after a long time
ReplyDeleteSir, kindly ensure that the MACP case which is coming up on November 11, 2013 is in favour of UDCs. Till that time, the staff side must wait. The Secretary of the DOPT may please be requested to consider the MACP and enhancement if Grade Pay case of the UDCs/LDCs.

ReplyDeleteI think there will no good news for LDC(2000) & UDC (2800) it is a matter of regret that most of the representatives of Central Govt. Employees are pensioners ....ready for case bhai....no body is bother for LD UD...only court can take the decision.. Pillai sir don't take otherwise...

what ldc mean means, helper , because the grade pay made by government equal to helper, he need to go through difference of qualification before going to fix pay anybody, i think issued known by government but decision is not taken , rajasthan gov. is better than central government who note down issued, and response favourable.
