The court case for upgradation of grade pay of LDC-UDC at CAT Jabalpur is not proceeding forward. It is seen always postponing to date by date only, which shows that the respondent (concerned Govt. Agency) is at all not concerned for the suffering of these category of employees who were the worst sufferer of the last 6th Pay Commission and then 7th Pay Commission. Now the question is also arise towards the concerned court that they are suppressing the weaker section of employees and doing partiality or negligence in providing justice in time. Then why one should go to the Judiciary if they itself do the injustice. Now we have lost faith in all such system which are nothing but only for their self motive of increasing mountain high properties and money. If I am wrong, then may the concern authority do the correct thing, so that the case of Upgradation of grade pay of LDC-UDC at CAT Jabalpur may get solve immediately.
