  6. Sir, my submission is that if government is not willing to give PB 4200 instead of PB 2800/- we can move to GOI with the proposal of PB 3600 in place of 2800/-

  9. Everything is time bound but court judgement is beyond the time. The judgement never comes on time, therefore we have not any hope.

  10. Mr. Pillai misleading us with lack of information on LDC upgradation issue. CAT Jabalpur has no vacancy of AM or JM as per vacancy list of judges of CAT dated 23.09.2017. Strength is 02 and both are filled currently. But the case of LDC upgradation is not taken into consideration ins pite of respondent party failed to submit counter affidavit. Mr. Pillai knows everything. But he is misleading us. If Mr. Pillai is courage enough, then please tell the truth. Why you telling incomplete information on this blog? Lot of Govt servants mainly LDCs are following and placing queries day by day. and no exact information availbale transparently on this blog ins pite of the issue is so burning since last 2-3 years. Mr. Pillai is requested to tell the truth about Jabalpur CAT court case on LDC issue.

  14. WHEN IS THE NEXT DATE FOR FINAL HEARING

  15. Large number of govt. Employees have retired waiting for a decision in the matter. Now either the SLP will be decided in favour of UOI or the Govt will issue an order stating that the 7th CPC didn't make any recommendation regarding grant of financial upgradation in promotional hierarchy.
