The anomaly case of LDC is one of the most burning problem, and hence it should be put forward on priority basis. As on the consecutive pay commissions the grade of clerical staffs are de-grading step by step. Now it becomes in the lowest category, even lower than MTS because in majority of cases MTS are getting more salary than LDC due to some allowances. Moreover, the qualification of LDC is Class-XII pass but in reality a merely Class-XII pass candidate will never get the job of LDC because appointment is given to Master Degree holder or graduation. This is clearly exploitation of the qualification and the post. Why not the requisite qualification of LDC be raised to Graduation as it already possessing. This genuine fact should not be hide and must be highlighted and considered.
