  4. It was due to the complacent attitude of railway otherwise the agreement on pay hike would have been decided during 1st week of July itself. However, Govt has given a written reply to constitute a high power committee to examine the minimum pay and fitment formula. How the government can backtrack.

    Why the issue of MACP in promotional hierarchy was left by JCM & other Appex organisation though it was highlighted point for discussion with the government ? Is the employees leadershipp compromised and sold out the interest of suffering employee for their personal gain ? If you and others pose that they are the leader of million of employee than raise this issue with all your force otherwise employees perception will be vindicated that our leadership is selfish and making the employee fool.
