We all the employees working under the establishment of central government have full father upon our leaders and are hopeful that they will do justice with the employees and 7th CPC recommendations should be reviewed by the Central Government.
ReplyDeleteHowever it is unfortunate that members of NJCA are looking backtrack on the issue of LDC UDC pay anomalies created in last pay comm. which is demoralising the whole clerical community. As such NJCA is requested to take the issue with solid documentary proofs before the Government and mitigate the genuine demands of laks LDCs/UDDs well before implementation of the 7th CPC
Committee pey Committee is Govt wants to impliment Pay commission or not let them say directly apna bichare NJCA ne unka bath maan kar strike postpone kar raha hai why dont they take firm dicision on strike so them NDA Govt is compelled to impliment
ReplyDeleteSir, Please include the point of LDC/UDC. Abolish the pay levels pertaining to GP 19,00, 2400 and 4600 strongly
ReplyDeleteSir what are your actions plans for upgradation of grade pay of LDCs and UDCs. Have you raised the point before JCM after the same was denied by pay commission. What are the thoughts of national council JCM on this issue. Are we only dependent on the court case which gets postponed every now and then. The LDCs and UDCs of not only your department but also of other departments are relying on you. Since you blogs has created a wave. YOU MUST BE CLEAR WITH YOUR THOUGHTS AND SPEAK AND POST ABOUT THIS ISSUE. This I say with utmost respect, humility and hope. Hope you understand our situation. Thank you.
