    Checked with SC advance list for 13th May 2016. At Sl No. 29, the case listed. But one more SLP of the Year 2016 is clubbed with this case. Clubbed case is pending for Condonation of delay application is pending. It seems that the case will not be heard on that day because parties are to be served with notices and they are going to be given time to file reply. As per past records of the case, another date will be given.
