No letter reaches PM. It only reaches PMO. Then it is forwarded to DOP&T. Nothing will happen. At the maximum, Association can get acknowledgement. If PM sees the letter and make comments on this representation, then only you can feet "Acchhe Din Aaa gaya". So, don't expect miracles from PM.
This is not only for the JEs other cadres are also suffering the same pain. The accountant under the ACP SCHEME were getting Grade pay of Rs 4800/- after 24 years and under MACP SCHEME one gets it after 30 years. Same case with LDC UDC also. Pls give joint represation to the Hon'ble Prime Minister.

Representations cannot resolve the issues, only strike is the solution to bring Govt. on negotiation table. Representation are made every day but no solutions come out.I am depressed on seeing this that ultimately we are begging, it clearly shows that nothing left, we have half lost the battle because Govt. will not accede our demand. If Govt. had a little sympathy with employees the SLP could not have filed in Supreme Court. Thanks to our Highest Court that such an important case where interest of large no. of employees are is lying could not even listed for hearing. And as far as the expenditure to stay out at the highest court is known to all. Friends after the 7th CPC, recommendations Govt. stand is well before us. It seems as if Govt. has kept MACP on priority that's why every day orders are being issued in order to reiterate its negative stand on this issue. God knows what will happen. No more hope left. Even it seems that Jabalpur case has no fate the whole system has got paralysed. Govt. is not taking a serious view of the MACP. Govt. is not aware about the facts that how employees of GP 1800,1900,2000,4600 are suffering when after rendering 10 years of service they are being honoured with Rs. 100 or Rs. 200. These facts needs to be given importance. The enhancement of scale comes later, at least these facts needs to be taken into consideration for a better working environment.
अमित जी इसमें 1800,1900,2000,2400,2800,4200,4600 है अगर कोई 1900 मे लगा और 3 macp लेता है तो वो तो 2800 तक गया उसके बाद the end आप के बात बिलकुल ठीक है 100 या 200 रुपए की ग्रोथ का क्या फायदा मेरे हिसाब से यह ग्रोथ कम और भीख जादा लगती है
The only way is to wait for implementation orders,covering the topic.Whereas, as pensioners what we want is to include the schedule of payments in the implementation orders under process.Proposal to with draw SLP at this point of time is not an appropriate remedy..

LDC-UDC ISSUE kuchh solve nehi hoga. Yeh Union wale, websites, sab bakhwass hain. Yeh log sab bluff dete hain, aapna Union bacha ke rakhne ke liye, air yeh Union issi liye karte hai, taaki khud ka faida ho...Union wala ko kabhi bhi remote area mein posting nahin hota..ha ha ha. Office me aa ke kuchh kaam bhi nahin karna parta hain. Union ki paisa se Seminar, Plenum, Meetings mein jaate hain, Rajdhani Exp, Shatabdi Exp mein, achha bhojon karte hain muftt mein.7CPC Empowered Committee Union kaa baat ee nahin sun raha hain, aabhi tak itna sab meetings ho gaya, lekin bhai logo aap batao Fitment Formula (2.57 / 2.86/3.00) kya hoga kissi ko pata main Union ko.Aur bhi bahot sara points hain. ek bhi problem, anomaly Union walo ne solve nahin kar paaye.
Yeh Railway ka union chahta to Yeh bahut jaldi solve hota. Lekin aisa Yeh karenge nah. Yeh sirf apni jeb dekhte haye. .. kahan se fayda milega
we should first keep positive attitude in regard to our unions hoping that they are struggling with the Govt. for our demands. The Unions are also requested to go through the problems of all the employees situated around the country.
