  2. This is not only for the JEs other cadres are also suffering the same pain. The accountant under the ACP SCHEME were getting Grade pay of Rs 4800/- after 24 years and under MACP SCHEME one gets it after 30 years. Same case with LDC UDC also. Pls give joint represation to the Hon'ble Prime Minister.

  4. Some relief I think. Lets hope for the best. Like this all the department's union/association must write to PM regarding MACP on promotional hierarchy then only something will happen.

  5. It is a futile exercise to write to PM. Hon'ble PM will forward this letter to DOP&T. Rogues in the DOP&T will give routine reply. That is all. Instead of writing to PM, it is suggested to write to Chief Justice of India to expedite the matter so that early hearing can be given. All Associations may write to CJI for early of the matter in the supreme court.

  9. It's curse to work as LDC/UDC. No body is there to listen to us and interested . Going to courts or writing to somebody is useless and never ending exercise.
