The Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- to LDC,s need to be taken in the forth coming meeting in light of 7 th CPC. As before the commission this was a given priority by the confederation.

Sir, I appreciate your action. None of the anomalies out of 6th cpc implementation is resolved by 7th cpc. I am sure under your able leadership some anomalies including increment for those who retired/retire on 30th June after completing 12 months service is granted as granted by Tamil Nadu Govt to its employees/pensioners. Many States like UP & others think that LDC's should get at least Rs. 2400 GP but our commissions doesn't, the reason is these higher rank officers have no sense. to understand the nature of works in lower cadres. I feel the LDC's in state's are in better position then us. It will be a defeat for such a huge confederation if we can't compelled Govt. to enhance the GP of LDC's. I m a regular follower of this site and I thank to pillai Sir to bring the issues of LDC's to such level. LDC's and UDC's are back bone of administration. And confederation should go to the last to get this cadre justice.Shame on people who are misleading us by giving a ridicules comparison of role of LDC's and DEO's. This whole system is actually wrong earlier when we got selected in 2001, there was an option in SSC Xand Y, those who opted for X went to Secreteriat and those opted Y, went to subordinate offices.Now, everyone knows the difference in promotional avenue.One from secreteriat becomes US and other retire as LDC. We had demanded once for up gradation in out Dept. but they denied by giving many arguments. I don't understand this in one hand Modi Ji says skill skill when these people of poor cadre are showing their skill by doing Assistant level works then it is not given worth.It seems LDC becomes a threat for the nation, we are being treated as enemy. SHAME
It is India, there are rich people who are growing smoothly and the poor people like LDC will ........ Its shameless Indian justice report that's why poor people should die as per thinking of that rich people.
Inspite of the pointing out the poor pay recommendation by 6`th CPC to LDCs/UDCs in central Govt. departments to 7`th CPC during meetings with 7`th CPC members nothing was heard in it`s report. Moreover the introduction of grade pay by 6`th CPC has also harmed to clerical cadre in MACP but 7`th CPC did not care for this. Now .the matter is in the hand of Govt.who consider it immediately to save their lives.
