JCM Staff Side (NJCA) calls upon all Central Government Employees to observer“BLACK DAY” by holding massive demonstration, wearing black badges, all over the country on 27th November 2015 to protest against the retrograde recommendations of the 7th CPC.

ReplyDelete7th Pay commission, had said that it will look into the anamolies of the 6th Pay commission. But, have not done anything. The first issue being abolition of Grade Pay system has just been renamed as Level. The heirarchy system prevailing in the 5th CPC and earlier has been blown to the winds.
The most affected in the 6th CPC were the MACP beneficiaries, and now all including promotees are affected due to change in Nomenclature as Levels.
As regards Pay fixation, there would be a large gap between the new entrant who has joined before Jan 2016 and the one joining on or after Jan 2016, which is a greatest anomaly.
Sir, Kindly look into these before the meeting on 27th Nov. 2015.
