Thank you for this update information. SLP (civil) 22118, 23333,23335 are connected with 21803 but not listed as of now. What is the reason for this. Is govt. side, petitioner, arranging some delay or trying to set up a expartite judgment. So that govt, as we saw before, can say that the judgment is not on merit. it cannot be implemented to all. Please our association may intervene to run the fair trial and get the much importent judgement which can be implemented to all.
