MACP ON PROMOTIONAL HIERARCHY
M V Mohanan Nair’s SLP listed for hearing on 8/10/2014. Since formal order of stay and notice are yet to be issued by the Supreme Court (which has been mentioned in the latest office report), any lawyer representing Mohanan Nair has not present in the court.     UOI is the petitioner in this case. They have made the delay. They did not give written requisition to condone the delay. Is the council appearing for the UOI do not know the court procedure. Well, it is not like that. But a cheap method of delaying tactics. They must keep the following words in their mind 'DELAYED JUSTICE IS DENIED JUSTICE'.
    However, the connected cases SLP 22181,23333, 23335 are listed for hearing on 17-10-14. Pillaiji please explain in 21803 what will be the action of Lt.Registrar.

    Please let us know the details of hearing of SLP on 16.10.2014 after 8.10.2014 for MACP in Promotional Hierarchy.
