  1. Thank you Pillaiji for this superfast update information. I would like to share one information at this juncture. In Delhi High Court case NoW.P.(C)-209/2013, Shri Ravinder Kumar Jha & ors Versus UOI & Ors is going on. The expected verdict in this case may have some inter link impact with MACP on promotional hierarchy decision. The DOPT babus are fighting among themselves. If one group wins the above mentioned case, then granting of MACP in promotional hierarchy will give them more benefit. Hence, the other group is trying to reprimand MACP in promotional hierarchy in all out effort. If their selfishness bombarded and busted, off course by legal remedial way, the aggrieved poor LDC & UDC will get justice.

    3. Judgment reserved on 2.9.2014 in WP(C)209 of 2013 titled Ravinder Kumar Jha and others versus Union of India has been reserved by Delhi High Court. This is likely to address the aspect of grant of financial upgradation under the M.A.C.P. in promotional heirarchy based on Raj Pal's judgment.

  4. Yes comrade you are correct. The 6th cpc officials fixed very good pay to those who were near and arround them at the time of 6th cpc office functioning. That is, the stenos, P.A secretaries to 6cpc chairman and members were near to them and group-D employees those carrying the brief case of that babus were also near and close to that officers. They got best grade pay fixation (for group-D grade pay initially Rs.1400 later enhanced to Rs.1800, for stenos Rs.2400, 2800, 4200 but later hiked and made 4800 can be availed by stenos.) by 6cpc. But the pathetic LDC UDC, as they were not near and dear to the then 6cpc babus, fixed higher educational qualification for entry, fixed higher responsibilities but lower grade pay and cooly!. Of course our comrades like Pillaiji relentlessly fighting. We trust your support and hope better result this time.

    1. This is true whatever u have said. PS was made gazetted officer by 6CPC just to make their wives happy that a gazetted officer is doing my personal work. I joined ordnance factories in the scale of Rs. 140-180 in 1969 after completing 4 years APPRENTICECHIP AFTER PASSING MY HIGHER SECONDARY .and was in the scale of 425-700 (scale of Asstt. in the Ministry) in 1980 and retired in 2008 with the grade pay of 4800/- after getting MACP w.e.f.1.9.2008. 28 years I was in the scale of Asstt. though I got 5 promotions in my service period from the scale of Rs. 140-180. It means I joined above the scale of UDC in 1969 and retired in the scale of Asstt. This is our India where our Hon'ble Prime Minister talk of Skilled India. THOSE WHO JOINED AS STENO AFTER MARTICULATION/HIGHER SECONDAY the in year 1969 or after RETIRED as Sr. PPS equivalent to DIRECTOR. Only white collor job is respected in India or the persons who are around the administrative officers. Till the 5th CPC Jr. Works Manager in Ordnance Factories was above the scale of Asstt Works Manager but 6th CPC brought it to the rank of an Asstt in the Ministry. My heart cries and curse the officers for the down fall of our cadre in Ordnance Factories.

  5. 6th CPC Chairman & members should have committed suicide as they created lot of troubles to the LDC/UDC and to the Govt. of India. They looted the Govt. of India and enjoyed lot of facilities and submitted the worst ever Pay Commission Recommendations. The whole central Govt. employees pity you the Chairman & members
