Dear friends,
I give hereunder the copy of the letter received from the Department of Expenditure on the issue of upgradation of grade pay of LDC & UDC. A similar letter addressed to FA, DoPT with copy to Shri M Krishnan, Secretary General Confederation has been posted in this web site on 30th November. Association's view was that the LDC & UDC are common cadres and spread over the entire Government of India offices and as such upgradation in a particular Department or some Departments through cadre restructuring is not possible. As such with the support of Confederation our Association had decided to file a case so that the upgradation of Grade Pay to these cadres may get w.e.f. 1.1.2006. And the preparation for filing the case is under progress and we expect the same would be filed by 1st week of March.

DeleteHe captures all the official into his pocket by showing is innocence face. Then he takes benefit by utilizing all its skills. He eventually communicates with beautiful phrases, messages and attracts all hearts via SMSing, and chatting through facebook etc.
He targets especially to widows(colleagues), wife’s of his colleagues, he helps them by sharing study materials for the promotional exams, helps their kids in the form of learning computer and tries to exploits them.
He uses his computer proficiencies in this regard and records obscene pictures on his mobile phones and threatens to blackmail and blackmails with those. The exploitation continues... Poor women trapped in his planned net cannot even have idea that they are being victimized and exploited, even if they cannot build confidence to tell to husband and family members, they cannot protect to take action against him on fearing of social exposures.
Please be aware from above personalities.

ReplyDeleteThere are lakhs of LDC & UDC in every part of India & If every LDC & UDC contibuter only 100/- for court case to Shri Pillai, i think Crore's of Rs. will be collected in just a miniute. And this fund will be sufficient for any court case or legal opinion from CAT to Hon'ble Supreme Court. Pillai sir just think that lakhs of hands with you ..... just give a call to us ....and we will be with you. And this is fact that each and every LDC & UDC will help you in the financial which is most easy task. Just mention a A/C no. and that account will be full for money so that you will feel alone and by this we well also assume that we have contributed something for our fight against acheiveing our target. Thanks for your efforts.

Please mention a A/C no. on this blog so that sufficient amount can be deposited to fight the genuine case in the CAT and Hon"ble Supreme Court and your goodself feel burden free for helping the poor LDC/UDC. ReplyDeletePillai Sir, Thanks for your efforts. By mentioning a A/c No. you are providing the chance to every LDC/UDC so that they can contribute in this fight in any means. Don't think this money but take it as a financial efforts and token for our contribution. Another aspect of this move is to gather all the LDC / UDC under one roof. If you mention a A/C No. every LDC/UDC will talk to all their supporting staff and thereby increas awareness also. So please start scheme 100 RS. FOR FIGHT. This will also satisfy your moto of making unity. Again thanks for your efforts.

I would like to inform you that you have to make an union in the name of All India LDC/UDC subordinate offices of Govt. of India and make the resolution, leaders board of members, secretary, president etc., as per rules and Law. After forming the union kindly open an account in any Nationalised Bank for contribution of all LDC/UDC's of subordinate offices . If we want to put any rights before the Govt. DOPT/MOF, we may discuss with the General Secretary like you and other members before putting up of rights on appropriate authorities. If all the LDC/UDC's are come forward together in one roof/union then only we are able to achieve our goal or aim otherwise we are not able to reach of our goal. What you are taken the steps to the low paid LDC/UDC of subordinate offices is not considering by Govt. DoPT/MOF because many of the ministerial Staff unions are not putting the efforts in single manner or in the same way. All the unions are approaching through their departmental with different departmental procedure. So the high paid officers of Govt. DOPT/MOF are not able to look in this matter seriously because we are not troubling them in their duties like we are doing all types of their duties with respect and applying the all rules, procedure etc., and they are simply putting their initials and signature on the orders or letters.
ReplyDeleteSo, I am herewith requesting you to kindly form a union as suggested above and all the LDC/UDC's are with you for fighting through the appropriate levels in one roof/union. Kindly think on this and take an action after consulting with other ministerial staff associations/unions etc., I am also requesting all the LDC/UDC's of subordinate offices of Govt. India to accept this proposal and give your valuable opinions to Sri. Pillai Sir for fighting on this issue and future expectations before Govt. DOPT/MOF Etc.,

If we are not gathered in one roof/union in the name of All India union of LDC/UDC of subordinate office of Govt. of India our requested will not be heard by Prime Minister, officer of DOPT, MOF, Govt. So I am also in the opinion of above and I am herewith requesting Sri.Pillai Sir to make the union for fighting of our rights from Govt.

Pay order from DOPT/MOF, Govt, through legally before appropriate H'Ble CAT, High Court and Supreme Court. In this occssion I also request all the LDC UDC's of subordinate offices to contribute the amount which they are able give for this purpose after giving the bank A/c No. from Sri. Pillai Sir.

above officers and LDC/UDC's are request to comment on this issue with explanations, guidelines but it has been that the LDC/UDC's of subordinate offices are not interested in this matter and they don't want the increase of their Gr. Pay. Kindly see the effort of other technical staff unions and think over their steps for getting their benefits through the Govt. DOPT etc., Kindly think and give your support to sri Pillai Sir otherwise no body will take any interest in this regard.

ReplyDeleteThis is sheer injustice to the udc in the central govt offices. The udc are appointed directly are graduate/post graduates and need to be takne into account while formulating policies for the cadre. They should be equaly provided opportunities in their career progression otherwise the cadre is stagnated for longer years till the retirement. This is injustice, the pillar of the administration set up in india are given just the peanuts and the major share is distributed amongst the crocodiles because they are making policies for the cadre. If the cadre is made strong the administrative set up in the india will also be strong otherwise they will fall like pack of cards and no crododile willl then be able to stick to his chairs. the udc should be given their due share and opportunity.
ReplyDeleteAfter setting up the 7cpc an opportunity has been thrown for the udc/ldc of the subordinate offices to take up their case directly with the chairman of the 7cpc. We can provide the details about the erosion in the pay scales of the cadre since the set up of the 3rd cpc. In case we are able to convnce the commission about the problems being faced by the cadre, i hope they somhow will give some thought to the problems faced by the cadre. In this connection, Mr Pillai could take an opportunity in meeting the commission members and also forwarding the proposal of the cadre in the subordinate and field offices. The udc/ldc in the central secretariat are always given opportunity in their career progression but the subordinate staff are always left behind.

It is a fact that the Gov t. is run by us clerks, but it is unfortunate that we are being ignored by the Govt. I hope that your hard will never go in vain

Hallo Pillai Sir, A case was to be filed by the 1st week of Mar 2014 for upgradation of grade of LDC-UDC. May I know the present status whether the same is filed in court at Delhi or not.
