Sub: De-recognition of All India Association of Ministerial Staff (Group C)-Reg.

Sir,

Kindly refer to your letter No. B-12011/2/2008-Ad.III dated 16/04/2011 on the above subject. In this respect it is re-iterated that the provisions of CCS (RSA) Rules, according to which the composition and cadres of this Association identified, has not been changed/ amended since 6th Pay Commission implementation and as such re-identification of composition/groups, as done vide Mos & PI order No.B-12011/4/2009-Ad.III dated 29/10/2009 is not in accordance with the provision of the CCS (RSA) Rules.

Further, Recognition of Association and participation in the JCM scheme are two distinct features and would be governed by different rules. The rules of the JCM may not be mixed with the rules of CCS (RSA) Rules.

It is requested to please accept the constitution/office bearers as passed/elected in the 15-16, September 2011 General Body Meeting of this Association , held at Mumbai, minutes of the same was submitted to the Ministry vide Association letter dated 3/11/2011.
